Negotiations were held with Israeli partners regarding the supply of a trial batch of classic wines from traditional varieties produced from the Company’s local vineyards in Germany.

Würzburg is known not only for its Baroque architecture and picturesque location on the Main River but also for its exquisite Franconian wine, excellent wineries, and lively wine festivals. Würzburg wine is renowned worldwide. The city’s wine culture and history are multifaceted.

In the 16th century, the Franconian wine region covered about 40,000 hectares, with Würzburg being a major part of it. Unfortunately, the “Little Ice Age” until the mid-19th century and the period up to 1945 led to a reduction in vineyard areas. After reconstruction following World War II, viticulture revived in Franconia and Würzburg, proving its effectiveness to this day and making Würzburg wines famous worldwide.
